We want you to love your Kluzoo products! But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return and refund policy works:

Returns

You can return any unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

1 Products must be in original packaging, unused, and in resaleable condition.
2 To initiate a return, please email us at contact@kluzoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

1 We will refund the product amount, but original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2 If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct a portion of the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us at contact@kluzoo.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, including shipping costs.
