How to make a return?

You tried the glasses and you are not happy about them? No problem, you can return it within 30 days. Please, consider the requirements of our return policy before requesting your return. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Carefully wrap your item in the same original packaging that you have received it in. Please note that item has to be returned in its original condition and same packaging with all the accessories, e.g. cleaning cloth, glasses case, certificate of authenticity, etc.

Once your parcel is packaged up, all you need to do is drop your return at Post office or courier point of our choice. 


We usually process all returns within 48 hours after the package has been received at our warehouse. However, please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
